Rusty and Jan host Malelani's weekly open mic. Every week they will highlight a featured performer from the Malelani family with a 20 minute set around 8:30. Marion is the feature on this night.
Sign-up starts at 6:30. All art forms welcome! Come out and sing a few songs, read a few poems, or tell some jokes. Or just listen if you'd like! Collaborations are encouraged.
Malelani offers a very warm and welcoming atmosphere for the development of the arts in Mt. Airy. Enjoy one of their reasonably priced high-quality, unique dishes.
